    A chemistry call is a FREE no-obligation, introductory session where we get to know each other. It's an opportunity for you to understand my coaching style and for us both to assess whether we're a good fit to work together. This meeting ensures that your coaching journey starts on a solid foundation of mutual understanding and trust.
  • How long does the chemistry call last?
    The chemistry call typically lasts about 30 minutes. This gives us ample time to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process.
  • What happens after the chemistry call?
    After the chemistry meeting, if we both agree to proceed, we'll schedule your first of the 10 coaching sessions. We'll also discuss and agree on the goals, frequency, and logistics of these sessions to ensure they are tailored to your needs and schedule.
  • How often are the coaching sessions?
    The frequency of coaching sessions is typically every two weeks, but this can be adjusted based on your specific needs and goals. We aim to find a rhythm that keeps you motivated and ensures steady progress.
  • What can I expect in each coaching session?
    Each coaching session is a one-hour, one-on-one meeting where we dive deep into your goals, challenges, and progress. We'll use various tools and techniques to explore solutions, develop strategies, and set actionable steps for you to work on. The sessions are designed to be reflective, insightful, and empowering.
  • How do I prepare for each coaching session?

    You'll have email support between sessions for any questions, insights, or updates you'd like to share. This might also include brief check-in calls or messages to keep you motivated and on track.
  • How do we track my progress throughout the coaching process?
    We'll set clear, measurable goals at the beginning of our coaching relationship and review these regularly to track your progress. Adjustments will be made as needed to ensure that the coaching remains aligned with your evolving goals and needs.
  • What happens at the end of the ten sessions?
    Towards the end of your ten sessions, we'll conduct a comprehensive review of your progress, achievements, and any areas for further development. We'll also discuss the next steps, which could include additional coaching sessions, a follow-up plan, or concluding our coaching journey, depending on your unique situation and goals.
  • Can I book more sessions after the initial ten?
    Absolutely! Many clients find ongoing coaching beneficial for maintaining momentum, accountability, and continued personal and professional growth. We can discuss options for continued coaching based on your needs and preferences.
